Data Reporting Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately enter and update general customer data, ensuring completeness and consistency
- Regularly review and clean data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data, collaborating with team members when necessary
- Generate and maintain customer reports
- filing and file management
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests as required by various departments
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement in data management and reporting
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for data accuracy and efficiency
- Compile, organize, manage and quality control various spreadsheets and databases
- Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format
- Use Microsoft Excel to prepare and execute mass data uploads into our ERP
- Provides general administrative support to all departments
**Knowledge and Experience**
**Essential**
- Minimum 1 year experience in a role primarily focused on data entry and maintenance
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role directly interacting with customers
- Minimum 2 years working in a demanding environment managing multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines
- Advanced skills and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and internet functions; knowledge of proper document formatting
- Strong Excel and data entry skills with focus on attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable
**Desirable**:
- Experience with Microsoft Navision software

- The ability to build rapport with customers and internal employees in all departments
- Results-oriented, paired with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
- Takes personal responsibility for working efficiently, and suggesting improvements to processes

- Ability to utilize new systems and tools
**Education and Experience**
- 3+ years experience in an administrative/data entry role preferred
