**Name and description of the hiring department**:
The Employee Services (ES) group is responsible for providing support to the employees of Bell Canada and its subsidiaries. These services include payroll administration, human resources transactions, and the management of unionized employee transfers, including eligibility for the Employee Discount Plan (EDP).

**Major Accountabilities/Duties**
- Receive customer requests by phone or in writing, analyze and respond to them within specific deadlines, making sure to make the necessary corrections in order to avoid errors
- Guide employees in the use of the various self-service tools and refer them to the right department when appropriate
- Detect, evaluate and resolve billing problems related to the EDP

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Bilingualism required: Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position
- Ability to deal with and influence sometimes difficult employees or clients with empathy, diplomacy and tact.
- Good organizational and planning skills, good priority management, able to meet tight deadlines and manage stress.
- Ability to work and evolve in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities, volume fluctuations and tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information for clients.
- Make quick decisions, identify obstacles, take appropriate action, demonstrate initiative and judgment, and propose solutions and process improvements.
- Be recognized for teamwork

**Desired skills and abilities**
- Good knowledge of SAP (HR)
- Call center experience

**Working conditions**:

- Possible working hours from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 5pm
- 37.5 hours per week
- Possibility of overtime on occasion
