Verdun, Canada Bilingual Squad Full time

We are currently seeking an IT Recruiter for our manufacturing client in Verdun Quebec.

This role will support hiring manager to attract best IT talent in the Quebec marketplace.

This role is remote however may need to be in the office one day when required.

- 12 months contract to start
- Salary: $85K.

Principal Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding experience for hiring managers and employees.
- Partner effectively with the business to ensure business needs are understood and met through talent acquisition efforts.
- Build and maintain relations with post-secondary institutions, business associations and professional associations.
- Coordinate with employment agencies as required

**Must have skills**:

- **Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory**:

- **3-5 year experience recruiting for IT (Information Technology)**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources an asset
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, database searching and reporting
- Experience with relevant social media and recruitment/applicant tracking platforms and tools
- Experience in a manufacturing is a great asset
- Able to cultivate positive relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and influencing skills
- Strong customer service skills
- High sense of urgency and ability to balance multiple roles and tasks at the same time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
