**We are looking for an effective and efficient, data-driven Project Accounting Coordinator (A/R) to join our team this Fall**

GUNN Consultants is a close-knit team of professionals dedicated to delivering the very best quality consulting services for vertical transportation (aka elevator/escalator) equipment to our clients. **As Project Accounting Coordinator, a typical day would include**:

- Send out invoices and collect payments
- Open, maintain, and reconcile project accounts in our Project Management Software
- Assist with month-end closing and archiving
- Coordinate Contract Change documentation
- Maintain accurate records
- Coordinate project invoicing with Project Managers
- Resolve billing issues (problem solving)
- Brainstorm with team members on ways to improve processes

**This job is for you if**:

- You have either experience or training in Office Administration.
- You work well both as part of a team AND individually.
- You are highly organized and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- You have excellent communication in ENGLISH (spoken and written) and customer service skills
- You are tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office.

**Even better if**:

- You are familiar with Accounts Receivable procedures, particularly for project-based A/R
- You love data and numbers and like to see things line up

**Salary**: $45,000 to $55,000, Commensurate with experience
