The office is located at 2525 av. Watt, Québec, QC, G1P 3T2.

**Under the supervision of the management, you will have to develop our customer base of food professionals, develop the loyalty of existing customers and ensure the taking of orders. You will work in a hybrid mode, with frequent road trips to prospect and meet customers.**

**Your duties will primarily consist of**:
**Representative responsibilities**:

- 80% customer retention and 20% business development
- Meet with customers according to a pre-established agenda
- Assist, advise and support customers in their needs
- Manage and analyze the client's product portfolio
- Manage the minimum margin established by the company, as well as transportation costs
- Prepare meetings between the customer and the supplier
- Promote new products and new product lines

**Order taking**:

- Data entry into the system
- Work effectively as a team with the different departments of the company
- Make regular calls to promote and sell products while taking orders
- Process special orders (requisitions) for customers

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- Diploma in sales
- 1 to 2 years experience in the food industry
- Reside and/or have a very good knowledge of the region served
- Own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license
- Good working knowledge of MS Office software
- Bilingualism (French and English), good written and oral expression
- Very good time management, priorities and emergencies
- Interpersonal skills (self-control, listening skills, tact and diplomacy)
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Curious, solution-oriented and highly motivated for teamwork and customer service
- Strong negotiation skills
