The Collection Specialist will be working on-site from our office in Brossard.

**What your day-to-day looks like**
- Contact clients to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments
- Update account status and payment information in the company database
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and facilitate the resolution of payment issues
- Prepare reports on collection activity and provide updates to management
- Support the Customer Solutions Director with administrative tasks
- Be an ambassador for the Ubiweb team, bring your ideas, your wit and grit to the table

**What you bring to the team**
- 2+ years of experience in debt collections or similar role
- Sales or call center experience is an asset
- Bilingual (both written and oral - French & English)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to handle escalated conversations with diplomacy
- Proficient in using data management system

**À quoi ressemble ton quotidien**
- Contacter les clients pour discuter des comptes en souffrance et négocier des plans de paiement
- Investiguer sur les écarts de paiement et les résoudre
- Surveiller et gérer les comptes afin d'identifier les dettes en souffrance et assurer le suivi auprès des clients par téléphone, par courrier électronique ou par courrier postal
- Mettre à jour l'état des comptes et les informations relatives aux paiements dans la base de données de l'entreprise
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle tout en traitant des informations sensibles et confidentielles.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour répondre aux préoccupations des clients et faciliter la résolution des problèmes de paiement.
- Préparer des rapports sur l'activité de recouvrement et fournir des mises à jour à la direction.
- Soutenir le Directeur des Solution Clients dans ses tâches administratives.
- Être un ambassadeur de qualité pour l’équipe Ubiweb.

**Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe**
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en recouvrement ou dans un rôle similaire
- Expérience dans le domaine de la vente ou des centres d'appels (un atout)
- Bilingue (à l'écrit et à l'oral - français et anglais)
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication et de négociation
- Forte capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à faire preuve d'esprit critique
- Très organisé et capable de respecter les délais sous pression
- Capacité à gérer avec diplomatie les conversations de recouvrement difficiles
- Maîtrise l'utilisation de systèmes de gestion des données
