It’s in this context that the members of the leadership team, such as **Guylaine, VP Product Development**, passionate about her processes, or **Jean-Philippe, Senior Director of Finance**,** **always focused on data, are looking for a specialist to join **Audrey** in the Continuous Improvement & Quality team. This team, lead by **Benoît**, **Director of Transformation & Organisation Effectiveness**, supports every department in their contribution to Distech Controls’ growth.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
So what is it concretely?

**1. Operational Excellence Practices Deployment**:
Collaborate across all departments (Customer Experience, R&D, Sales, Accounting, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities.
Deploy operational excellence methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Provide comprehensive training and guidance to employees at all levels on Lean principles and techniques.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employees to actively participate in improvement initiatives.
**2. Process Optimization**:
In close collaboration with the teams:
Define the scope, the objectives and the appropriate methodology to solve a problem.
Collect and conduct thorough analysis of the data.
Leverage the collective intelligence to identify, evaluate and implement solutions.
Regularly assess process performance using relevant metrics.
Insure the ownership transition to the process owner and his/her team.
**3. Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight**:
Take ownership of the QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO9001.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
Coordinate both internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed
**4. Change Management**:
Lead change management initiatives related to process enhancement and QMS improvements, ensuring seamless transitions and mínimal disruption.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to effectively communicate changes, expectations, and benefits to all team members.
**5. Data-driven decision making**:
Utilize data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
Generate comprehensive reports on process performance, operational excellence initiatives, and QMS compliance for presentation to leadership.

**Experience (minimum experience required)**:

- French and English mastered, writing and speaking.
