In this role, you be an integral member of our HR team, dedicated to nurturing the ultimate employee experience for our staff. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries and will be responsible for a variety of HR deliverables, including administering employee files and HRIS databases, preparing HR documents and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.

**As the Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for**
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries while answering employee questions and/or forwarding questions to the appropriate party.
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records, preparing a variety of HR documents and updating and administering internal employee HRIS databases.
- Administering SLCS’ onboarding program for new hires, including scheduling new hire orientation/onboarding activities, assigning onboarding tasks to new hires and ensuring new hires successfully complete all onboarding activities.

**You are the perfect fit for this role if you have**
- A University degree and/or post-secondary education from an accredited institution in human resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in human resources or a relevant role.
- Experience using HR software considered.
- CHRP designation or working towards your designation.
- A valid driver’s licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay: $22.95-$24.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
