**Responsibilities for our Practice Manager**:
**Operational Excellence**:

- Develop and execute plans for daily operations, maximizing productivity and fostering organic patient growth.
- Continuously assess clinic environment and key business indicators, providing coaching to the team for improvement.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure clinic compliance with health regulations and standards.
- Oversee and manage all compliance programs, prioritizing patient safety.

**Leadership**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to enhance productivity and patient retention.
- Drive the implementation of company programs and policies, supporting action plans to meet objectives.
- Assist in recruiting dental professionals and assess for the best fit.
- Manage daily staffing costs, payroll administration, and accounts receivable.

**Qualifications**:

- University or College Diploma in business or office administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in a dental setting is a requirement.
- Supervisory or management experience in business operations, including scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management.
- Strong business acumen, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Proficient in dental software systems and Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to maintaining health regulations and operational standards.
