Office Assistant/project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Communicating with the Project Manager on the status of projects
- Assembling project reports
- Organizing permits with various municipalities
- Responsible for processing of various administrative documents, systems data inputting, and maintenance of information
- Posting accounts payable
**Position Requirements**:
- Must hold a valid drivers licence
- Accounting experience an asset
- Minimum 1 year general office administration experience (construction)
- Minimum 1 year construction experience
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be willing to commute to work
**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
**Benefits**:
