Cranson Capital Securities is searching for an experienced, entrepreneurial, highly connected, and motivated individual to market its private equity real estate opportunities to high net-worth individuals.

**Overview of Company**

Cranson Capital Securities is an Exempt Market Dealer based out of downtown Toronto focused on syndicating accredited investors into private placements for real estate developments and investments, financial services businesses, and growth-orientated companies. Cranson Capital offers its investors the ability to participate in private investments that are uncorrelated with public markets, allow diversification within a traditional portfolio, and have the potential to deliver higher returns.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with investors.
- Manage requests and communication with existing investors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to foster and grow an investor network (including high-net-worth individuals and institutions) that can absorb our growing pipeline of private investments in real estate, financial services, and high-growth companies.
- Clearly and succinctly communicate with investors regarding the industry and economic trends, deal financials and structuring (including return analysis), investment performance, as well as individual investment and portfolio risk
- Clearly articulate Cranson offerings to investors and ensure all required paperwork is thoroughly completed and submitted on time.
- Accurately document all customer communication and profiles in the company CRM platform
- Adhere to all company processes and compliance policies including “Know Your Customer (KYC)” procedures which determine client suitability for investments.
- Adhere to the “Know Your Product (KYP)” procedures to understand the structure and complexity of individual transactions.
- Adhere to the company and OSC compliance requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services or real estate industries in a client-facing capacity with a proven track record of exceeding customer acquisition targets
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to understand and articulate investment details to the investor.
- Exempt Market Products (EMP) designation (can be obtained before the start date)
- Passion for selling combined with highly developed interpersonal skills which bring comfort in investor interactions whether they are one one-on-one or in a public speaking format
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
- Technical aptitude which provides the ability to quickly pick up new software such as databases, CRMs, and online deal rooms.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive to take the initiative while displaying sound judgment.
- Ability to work with a high level of independence.
- Well organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in real estate is an asset.
- Ability to access an existing network of high net-worth investors is a definite asset.
- Strong connections in large ethnic communities is an asset

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
