**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to clients' preferences and budgets.
- Assist clients in making reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to offer the best recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel bookings promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and packages for clients.
- Promote additional services such as travel insurance or guided tours to enhance client experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, travel logistics, and destination offerings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using booking software and other technology tools related to travel planning.
- A passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
