Our head office in Owen Sound is the hub of our operations, where we strive to support our staff and clients with the highest level of service. We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join the team and contribute to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update data related to orders and inventory using a combination of different software including Google Workspace tools.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring precision in order accuracy.
- **Communication**: Reach out to staff, suppliers, and clients to confirm order details, handle inquiries, and provide updates.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing, and generating reports as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient order processing and maintain high customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficiency with IOS, Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.) and general office software.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to working with a team.
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs
