**Human Resources Advisor**:

The City of Mission is looking for a generalist Human Resources Advisor to provide sound professional advice and support for all aspects of Human Resources, to all levels of the organization.

More specifically, in this role you will provide interpretation and advice relative to human resources policies and procedures, labour and employment legislation and regulations, and collective agreement interpretation and administration. You will support the union relations in matters relating to negotiations, grievances and bargaining. You will provide advice and support to supervisory and exempt staff on employee relations issues, develop job classifications and job descriptions, and assist in the administration of benefits. You will also participate with full cycle internal and external recruiting.

You will need your excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills as you represent the City to both internal and external stakeholders.

This excluded position offers a wage rate commensurate with your qualifications and experience along with a comprehensive benefits package, municipal pension plan, a 9-day fortnight work schedule and the opportunity to work with an excellent team.

Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience : 5 years or more
