**Responsibilities**:

- Execute projects as assigned by Project Manager, adhering to budget as outlined by Project Manager and schedule with an emphasis on efficiency.
- Schedule and organize your day, ensuring you have proper tools and materials to complete the job efficiently.
- Discuss daily and weekly goals with your Project Manager.
- Ensure all necessary materials are ordered and arranged in advance to prevent delays to the production schedule.
- Perform work on site as required and laid out by Project Manager by using learned skills to execute projects to Stattonrock standards.
- Analyze and understand construction plans and blueprints.
- Make decisions with Project Manager in a timely manner so as not to prolong schedule.
- Review weekly with Project Manager project schedule and budget.
- Communicate with Project Manager at beginning and end of day, outlining any issues or questions.
- Hand in all relevant receipts to Finance on time as required.
- Report any work place violations and injuries to Project Manager and Human Resources.
- Ensure you have a clear understanding of tools, their use how to operate the safely.
- Daily cleaning of site, keep designated area for materials, site table with plans and any safety equipment.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by following and enforcing mandated standards and procedures as outlined in the Stattonrock Employee Manual as well as WCB regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $31.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mission, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (required)
- BC Building Code: 5 years (required)

Work Location: One location
