Quality Technical Support Technician

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to assembly operations on all types of issues that may affect product quality.
Identify, measure and analyze production issues related to non-compliance.
Coordinate all containment plan activities (e.g. storage stoppage, sorting, additional inspection, etc.).
Follow up on necessary improvements for any issues that arise.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve any issues that may affect vehicle assembly.
Take the lead in managing product related issues.
Assess the quality of vehicles produced, evaluate the quality criteria, etc.
Contribute to improving and optimizing general processes.
Collaborate with the problem-solving team.
Work closely with the departments responsible for supplier quality assurance, engineering, industrial engineering, after sales service and production to provide recommendations for continuous improvement of our product quality.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
A college technical diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of recreational products would be considered an asset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of team. Have creative flair and be customer service oriented.
Strong initiative and autonomy, as well as solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Please note that this position is for evening shift work.
