Quality Supervisor

**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Communicate and explain the job and expectations to team members on a regular basis in order to achieve the established performance objectives in terms of occupational health and safety, quality, productivity, employee development and cost management, and inform management of any critical issues.
Act as a role model and coach by encouraging teamwork, innovation, development, and the independence of the teams working in a safe environment where communication is valued.
Support and engage your team in continuous improvement.
Influence/guide the participation of various stakeholders in the achievement of overall quality objectives;
Establish and communicate performance objectives and measurable indicators, while rigorously monitoring them;
Continuously optimize quality processes and ensure their proper execution;
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure that they are sustainable;
Analyze, identify causes of and provide solutions to health and safety non-compliance and risks while mobilizing the team in the search for innovative and sustainable solutions.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
AEC in management applied to industrial production or any other related discipline. DEC or bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering would be an asset;
At least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience;
Good knowledge of logistics systems;
Ability to influence and mobilize others;
Good organizational skills, good management of priorities and sense of initiative;
Good interpersonal skills and good ability to work with a partnership approach (human resources/LRC/Management);
Ability to analyze and resolve logistics issues in production;
