**You have a strong ability to manage multiple high priority tasks within a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have a proven ability to solve problems. You are patient, professional and articulate. This role is very much a communications role.**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years administrative / coordinator experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive team performance to achieve objectives
- Highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities
- Adapt and change constantly in a very faced paced environment
- Strong attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Fielding questions and concerns from residents and property managers
- Managing customer accounts to maintain and foster great customer relations
- Generating quarterly locker usage reports
- Conducting virtual (or live) product demos
- Onboarding (training customers on Snaile locker and software)

**Proficiency in French is considered an asset.**
