You and Your Role:
The Human Resources Administrator
- Enjoys calendar and project management, being responsible for payroll, benefit, and HR document administration.
- Is a fantastic multi-tasker, able to take on a variety of administrative tasks necessary to the human resources function.
- Is team-oriented, understanding the important role each individual plays in our culture. This role will report to and work closely with the CEO.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide employee orientation to benefit programs.
- Support Club Managers by preparing HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts and onboarding.
- Process payroll.
- Enter and update employee data.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Be the first point of contact with external partners such as insurance vendors, payroll provider, benefit providers, etc.
- Provide regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover and retention rates.
- Develop a volunteer program and assist with maintaining the program.
- Organize strategic internal communications.
- Respond to employee questions and issues as necessary.

You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You are a dependable, approachable, flexible, detail-oriented person who excels at project and calendar management, working well both collaboratively and independently. This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring the ability to think big while minding all the small details. You are energized by your work and understand your significance within the strategic priorities of BGCGH.

In addition:

- 2+ years of human resources experience
- Previous experience in payroll and benefit administration
- Solid computer skills using Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
