**About the Role**:
As an HR Administrator at BOYNECLARKE LLP, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's success. You'll work closely with our HR team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of human resources functions, contributing to the overall success of our firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, training and offboarding processes.
- Assisting with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries and concerns as well as providing HR-related support and guidance.
- Coordinating employee communication and HR-related announcements
- Assisting with HR reporting and analytics, including preparing HR metrics and reports for management review.
- Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization
- Support payroll and benefits administration processes as needed.
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
