Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Process and record financial transactions in accounting software such as Xero or Sage.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Prepare and process payroll for employees.
- Generate financial reports and statements as needed.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero or Sage.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and payroll procedures.

**Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero or Sage.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
