The Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Install new or reconfigure existing services and systems.
- Work with clients during product deployment to resolve issues of varying complexity
- Analyze client networks and make recommendations for integration with our service.
- Maintain documentation of all client tickets and deployments.
- Provide expertise and guidance to internal teams

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a customer-facing role (either technical or non-technical)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals such as ARP, switching, routing, network security, WAN, LAN, firewalls, event monitoring, logging, SPAN / port-mirroring, DNS and TCP/IP.
- Experience navigating and making changes to Linux configuration files via command line.
- Be interpersonal, open to direction and collaborative work styles.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment continuous improvement.
- Must be able to support a 24/7/365 environment and participate in on-call rotation as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience is software installation on multiple different Operating Systems
- Troubleshooting aptitude
