We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist with a strong aptitude for customer service and technical background to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support while utilizing your technical background (and our training) to assist customers with technical inquiries and issues.
- **Customer Support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on products and services.
- **Administrative Assistance**: Assist in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Company's integrated software.
- **Escalation Management**: Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams or Senior Support staff for further investigation and resolution
- **Product Feedback**: Track feedback from customers regarding user experience, features, and overall experience.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting basic software and hardware experience with CRM software and ticketing systems preferred
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
