APTO Connect specializes in the Real Estate Industry and is located in the Sheppard and Weston area. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a full-time position and an excellent opportunity to join a progressive company on the ground floor. You need to be motivated, confident, outgoing and assertive.

We are looking for someone to promote our new initiatives through the achievement of opportunity based sales quotas. You will provide high level customer service to potential customers and clients, reaching business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish relationships and secure contracts with new customers.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Build solutions based off our product line and the customers' requirements. Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers.
- Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
- Report on sales activity weekly.
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to management on ways to enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
- Identify all possible sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Sales professional with a minimum of two years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Two years of post-secondary education in a related field.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills with demonstrated closing abilities.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication, presentation and listening skills.
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
