About the Role:
Reporting to the SVP, Customer, Digital and Technology, the objective of the Vice President, Technology is to lead the technology functions and provide strategic technology leadership. The VP will be responsible for furthering the strategic objectives of the organization through the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions. In addition, they will develop world class procedures and systems to ensure the security of our assets, effectiveness of our operations and maintenance of our systems.

The VP will work collaboratively with leaders across Bosa to enhance existing capabilities and to effectively deliver on its mandate today and in the future. The VP will contribute a deep understanding of the continuously changing technological landscape and business trends and bring an innovative and creative approach to leverage technology to move Bosa forward.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead strategic planning, designing a technology roadmap, identifying, and prioritizing areas where technology can drive business value;
- Take a business-centric approach - partner with the business to deliver solutions;
- Create an inclusive, and collaborative environment by ensuring clear, effective, and open communication and supportive coaching;
- Champion career development for all employees and build continuous learning;
- Develop an enterprise architecture plan for the organization and continuously assess and improve our technology eco-system, ensuring security and integrity;
- Champion the use of technology operating standards that advance business objectives;
- Lead an annual assessment of technology risk, minimizing the risk of any business discontinuity due to failure of technology systems Champion innovative and service-oriented thinking and solutions;

What you Bring:

- Minimum ten (10) years leading Technology in a high growth environment and at scale;
- Demonstrated ability to set direction for a technology function, and influence strategy with company-wide impact;
- Well-developed leadership capabilities and experience building inclusive, collaborative teams;
- Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting, financial planning and business operations;
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
- Experience leading a technology help desk function including hardware deployment and system access, ideally in a globally distributed company;
- Strong communication and influence skills and experience working with leaders across an organization;
- Demonstrated success building, developing, and leading teams.
