Yuanheng is a Vancouver based Real Estate developer specialized in residential and commercial space. Due to business expansion, we are seeking an Personal Assistant to Vice President.

**We are looking for**
- To provide administrative assistance to the Vice President, performing a variety of clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, payroll organizing, coordinating with Vice President household service, tutors, coaches, schools and doctors
- Daily transportation children to and from schools, tutoring classes
- Organizing, booking and checking in personal and business-related travel, as well as complex travel itineraries
- Responding to and tracking RSVP’s and invitations
- Arrange personal activities for the Vice President and the family, including children tutors, children schedule, and other personal arrangements
- Supporting for family-related bookings and administrative support needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree, major in Education, English-related preferred;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill;
- Experience of 1 year as executive assistant preferred;
- Proficient in spoken and written English;
- Bilingual ( Chinese / English) preferred;
- Valid B.C. Driver's license Class-5
