**About Us**:
Umbrella I.T. Services is looking to hire a systems administrator that will deliver technical solutions for our clients and internal infrastructure.

Umbrella I.T. Services is a growing managed service provider that has been in business for 9 years. We help our clients leverage technology to meet their unique goals. We focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients by providing them with pro-active, process-based I.T. services that they can rely on while developing their own organizations.

We are looking to hire a systems administrator that will provide on-site and remote support for our client's systems, networks, cloud platforms and users while referencing, maintaining and developing documentation, policies and processes alongside our network administrators, service desk analysts and the rest of the team to support our growing client base.

With a recent focus on growth, our CEO was seen on CTV Morning Live, attended Forbes 30 Under 30, and aims to expand Umbrella I.T. Services operations without compromising quality of service for our clients.

**Description of duties**:

- Understand our operational structure and offered services
- Document daily activity and updates to assets in our ticketing system
- Develop guidelines and procedures for staff and client reference
- Work with our service desk team to delivery on-site and remote technical support to clients with a friendly attitude
- Design, configure, pro-actively maintain and upgrade VoIP infrastructure, cloud solutions, workstations, servers and network infrastructure
- Deliver and outline projects such as backup and disaster recovery solutions, server and networking infrastructure installations and many other technologies.
- Develop innovative I.T. solutions to meet clients needs with our CEO and department leads

**Skills and requirements**:

- Valid drivers license
- Full-time availability
- Project management experience
- Managed Services Provider experience

**Considerable experience and comfort with the following technology**:

- Google Workspace
- Microsoft 365
- Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
- VoIP solutions such as 3CX, FreePBX, etc.
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- RMM Tools
- PSA Tools
- IT Glue or similar documentation platforms

- Mac OS 10.6.8+
- Windows 10 & 11

**Servers**
- Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Remote Desktop Services
- Roaming Profiles
- Folder Redirection
- Synology Server

**Networks**
- Cisco Networking Equipment
- UniFi / Ubiquiti Networking Equipment
- Fortigate Networking Equipment
