System Administrator

ALTEA Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to manage and enhance our DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This is a strategic, process-driven position that requires deep understanding of contract workflows, system configurations, automation logic, and business process optimization.

In this role, you will be responsible for the CLM system's development and expansion, ensuring that contract management processes remain scalable, efficient, and aligned with departmental needs. You will manage existing contract templates and workflows while designing new approval flows, automation logic, and system integrations to support the organization's continued growth. Responsibilities:

System Management & Expansion

- Maintain and optimize DocuSign CLM, including 15+ contract templates across three contract categories.
- Expand CLM functionality with new contract types, workflows, and automation enhancements.
- Ensure system scalability and performance as business needs evolve.
- Collaborate with external consultants to implement advanced configurations as needed.

Workflow & Automation

- Develop and refine approval workflows, merge tags, and anchor tags for dynamic contract population.
- Improve metadata tagging and dashboard & reporting structures for better searchability and data retrieval.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Optimization

- Partner with Legal, Business Teams, Finance, HR, and other departments to translate business needs into system configurations.
- Redesign and streamline contract workflows to enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance.
- Gather feedback from end-users and leadership teams to drive continuous system improvements.

User Management & Training

- Define role-based access control for task groups, personas, and permission levels, restricting sensitive contract data based on access levels.
- Develop best practices, user guides, and training materials, leading onboarding sessions for new users.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing contract lifecycle management systems (preferably DocuSign CLM) or other enterprise software systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Strong understanding of system workflows, automation logic, and business process optimization.
- Experience managing system roles, permissions, and access control structures within an enterprise software environment.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Experience in writing user guides, training materials, and SOPs for enterprise software tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- DocuSign CLM Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, metadata management, and template optimization.
- Experience working with contract lifecycle management in a healthcare or regulated industry.
