**Operating out of the Durham Region, the Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of all branch operations, including Sales associates, and office staff. Maintain strong knowledge of local real estate marketplace. Assist in the development, and strategize Leadership training for Sales Manager’s and staff. The majority of the Office Manager’s time and energy will be devoted to sales management related activities, while leading the sales team in achieving their business plan targets and the goal of achieving the maximum number of sales in the shortest period of time, while maintaining branch profitability. The Office Manager is responsible for developing a sales team; managing the support team and working with the Team Leader to create and implement strategies and tools necessary to assist the sales team in their efforts. Recruit, hire and maintain seasoned and new agents to company brand.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Must work out of the designated area being totally accessible to team to assist with questions, writing offers, listings, and counter-offers ands utilizing all company tools.
- Contribute to and perform office sales meetings/training/agent conferences. (Possible Weekend Workshops).
- Attend as required recruiting events/manager meetings/All Team Meeting
- Review SALES/LISTING files (specifically review contracts) when required.
- Schedule office functions.
- Must have conflict resolution, critical thinking and business management skills to lead a team.
- Designate time for recruiting calls to seasoned/co-op/ and new agents and expected to show successful recruiting results that meet the Branch requirements.
- Contact/interview potential agents.
- Gain a working knowledge of the Company Training Program and support that training at the branch level
- Take the required steps necessary to assist all full-time agents to produce a minimum of 3 points of production per month utilizing the concepts and techniques taught and presented in the Company Training Program.
- Responsible for the ongoing performance of assigned branch through coaching, leading mastermind groups, and any and all activities that represent the culture of the office resulting in no less than a 20% annual increase in overall production.
- Insure that branch profitability is maintained according to budget/plan on an annual basis.

**Minimum Job Requirements**:

- Continuing education diploma/degree in business preferred
- 5 years experience within the real estate industry
- 3 years experience in a professional/project management leadership capacity
- General business experience including analyzing, creating and maintaining branch office budget Autonomous working environment with fiscal and operating responsibility for meeting and exceeding revenue and sales targets
