**Purpose of Role**:
Reporting to the Team Leader, ensure the successful strategic execution, integration and overall day-to-day operations for all departments within the organization including Client Care, Staging Team and Sales Representatives. The majority of the Operations Manager’s time and energy will be devoted to sales management related activities, while leading the sales team in achieving their business plan targets and the goal of achieving the maximum number of sales in the shortest period of time, while maintaining team profitability.

Focused on best in class service, this position is key to the planning and successful operation of the company averaging 100+ closing transactions annually.

**Accountabilities**:

- Must work out of the designated area being totally accessible to Sales Representatives, to assist with questions, writing offers, listings, and counter-offers ands utilizing all company tools.
- Manage daily operations and services of all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing
- Fully understand the brand, business model, vision and values, and recommend ways to leverage appropriately
- Overseeing daily tasks/priorities to prepare new listings to go on market in a timely manner, ensuring existing listings are in top quality showing condition
- Managing a wide range of employment activities including recruitment, selection, on-boarding/new hire orientation, training, performance management and terminations. Partners with Human Resources as appropriate
- Designate time for recruiting calls to seasoned/co-op/ and new agents and expected to show successful recruiting results that meet the requirements.
- Highly developed skills in accountability for keeping direct reports focused on the goals of the business, executing on business objectives, and consistently delivering results through living our company values
- The ongoing performance of team members through coaching, leading mastermind groups, and any and all activities that represent the culture of the team resulting in no less than a 20% annual increase in overall production
- Liaise with Sales Representatives, Marketing, Staging and Support Team relating vendors, contractors, lawyers etc. ensuring the consistent and accurate delivery of services to the client
- Company revenue and expense tracking, support accounting with profit & loss reporting, provides regular reports to the Team Leader on related financials as required
- Work with the Team Leader to identify additional tools, systems, and communications that would enhance production and staff efficiency
- Understanding real estate is ongoing, requirement to oversee the business including evenings and weekends
- Other duties as needed to support the operations

**Required Skills and Knowledge**:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to focus on productivity and profitability
- Demonstrate strong employee retention skills and positive team spirit
- Can manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while maintaining priorities, focus, and attention in a small business environment
- Be highly reliable, with strong organizational systems and project management skills, and must pay close attention to details and follow-through

**Education and Experience**:

- Experience in the Real Estate industry with leadership/management experience is preferred
- Post-secondary education in Business, Real Estate, or Human Resources an asset
- Technology savvy and able to learn new programs quickly. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, DocuSign, CRM platforms, mainstream social media platforms, QuickBooks, Top Producer, Publisher, and Google Suite Apps
- Valid Ontario Drivers’ License, insured and available vehicle required
