Leasing Agent/office Assistant

**Job Details**:
Pivot Turn Property Management is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and dedicated individual to join our team as a LeasingAgent/Office Assistant - Contract. Reporting to the Manager of Operations, responsibilities include assisting in the leasing of new properties, as well as overseeing organizational and administrative office needs. Specific tasks include:
- Preparing rental properties for presentation, advertise units on various platforms, and take prospective tenants on tours highlighting all the amenities the rental has to offer
- Creating unit rental property descriptions, inclusive of taking photos and video of the rental units
- Scheduling and conducting showings of rental units
- Various light duty tasks inside the unit to prepare for viewing
- Preparing documentation, arranging meetings, and managing organizational documentation
- Assisting in document filing, performing basic bookkeeping, organizing financial records, performing dictations, route telephone calls, organizing office activities, and mail correspondence
- Responsible for miscellaneous tasks, such as arranging catering for meetings, posting company policies in the office, running errands, and picking up supplies
Requirements to apply:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong verbal, written, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Access to a reliable vehicle, with a clean drivers record, and valid G License
- Proficient with office management and property management software
- Buildium (preferred)
- Experience with the Residential Tenant Act (preferred)
- Experience in marketing, photography, or real estate considered an asset
- Experience with sale is considered an asset
