**Position Title: Crew Leader**

As the leader of a crew of (1-3) painters, you will task your crew and work yourself on interior and exterior painting projects on time and on budget. You will strategically plan, motivate, coordinate, train, and support the painters on your team.

**Position Type**:Full Time - most positions are seasonal during peak painting periods. Some possibility for regular casual work for those with flexible schedule.

**List of Responsibilities**:
As part of a crew of (1-3) painters:

- Work with your crew to strategically plan, prepare and complete jobs on site and problem-solve projects to completion and to Pro Crew standards
- Work with clients throughout the job process to promote a happy customer experience
- Maintain a safe, secure and organized job site
- Lead the ordering and managing tools and supplies for site
- Management of transporting job specific equipment to work sites
- Lead in any company training and adhere to all policies and procedures, including health and safety
- Manage the reporting procedures on projects

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Ability to paint to the standards of Pro Crew.
- Experience with power washers/paint sprayers and other related equipment
- You will have a phenomenal grasp on customer service
- You will be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Have a Smart Phone, and be app savvy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Ability to work on ladders safely

**Assets**:

- 1-3 years experience as a re-paint painter (interior & exterior)
- Driver's license
- Sense of humour

**Compensation**:

- **$26 - $35 / hour**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract, Casual

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
