**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Use brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment to achieve desired finish and coverage
- Mix and match paint colors and finishes to meet project specifications and client preferences
- Repair and patch damaged or deteriorated surfaces prior to painting
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to coordinate painting activities and meet project deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and painting equipment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Painter or similar painting and finishing work
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to work with a variety of paint types and finishes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and procedures
