**Service Advisor for Vernon Toyota**

**Position Summary**:
Vernon Toyota is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Service Advisor. This position is ideal for a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people everyday.
- This is a full-time position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts.
- We offer a competitive compensation package with Extended Benefits after 3 months employment.
- We also offer staff pricing on service and parts.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Promptly greet customers and document their concerns
- Relay customer concerns accurately to technicians to help with diagnosis and repairs
- Use our company software to process work orders accurately and efficiently for in-house and customer vehicle work
- Keep customers informed and updated on repairs
- Processing Toyota Warranty claims

**Education/Experience**:

- Previous Service Sales Automotive Industry experience an asset but not required
- Experience using a multi line phone system and computer skills are preferred
- Able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers through phone or in person
- Has strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask
- Is detail oriented with an attention to accuracy in their work
- Able to work as a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
