**Job Summary**:
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and improving operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the organization. This role involves overseeing production, coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring that business goals are met while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Oversight**:
Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.

Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.

Oversee new client management, including procurement, inventory, and logistics.

Promote a culture of safety and ensure that safety protocols are followed.
- **Team Management**:
Supervise, scheduling and mentor staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- **Process Improvement**:
Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Sort, process and verify receipts, expenditures, expense forms and other documents.
- **Customer Service**:
Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Address customer complaints and feedback to enhance service quality.

Implement initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.
- **Accounts Receivables**:
Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding payments.

Process incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card transactions while maintaining accurate and organized records of all AR transactions and correspondence.

Processing billing cycle, invoice management and coordination with our bookkeeper.

Assist with the preparation of financial and accounting reports as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Human Resources experience and call centre experience are an asset.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in operations management or a similar role for 3+ years.
- **Skills**:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
