**Primary responsibilities**:

- Deliver a high level of personalized client service, respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner; offer rapid resolution
- Maintain accurate recording of client information and contract data electronically
- Prepare file, information and paperwork for client appointments
- Create Excel worksheet or PowerPoint presentation to illustrate proposals
- Engage in ongoing learning to continuously improve knowledge and expertise within the insurance industry
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team

**Applicant should demonstrate the following skills**:

- Fluent in verbal and written English; able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
- Previous working experience in financial and wealth management is an advantage
- Proficient level of computer skills including Microsoft Outlook; Word; Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong rate of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive focus on query resolution and analyzing root causes to prevent future issues
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work as part of the team, as well as individually
- Demonstrates willingness to adopt new ideas and embraces changes

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
