Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Scheduling projects and managing the calendar for multiple crews
- Collecting and updating project information in the electronic system
- Providing administrative support to the office staff as needed
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic clerical skills, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
