Scheduling Coordinator

The office is located in the city of Richmond Hill (Yonge and Major Mackenzie). The main responsibilities of the **Scheduling Coordinator **position include data entry of customer orders, responding to calls/electronic inquiries and other clerical tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, and inputting customer data into company systems
- Organizing workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting resource information, and managing assignments
- Completing requests by contacting resources and answering or referring inquiries.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of administrative experience
- Detail oriented and efficient
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
