** Your Role **:As a vital member of the Nacora Insurance Brokers team, your role is to be the driving force behind our strategic mission. You will collaborate directly with Kuehne + Nagel’s sales representatives in offering innovative insurance solutions to logistics clients while also ensuring seamless integration into KN systems. You’ll be the proactive guardian of client interests, crafting a seamless client journey, resolving workflow gaps, and providing innovative solutions. ** Your Responsibilities **:Unlock the potential of our logistics clients by collaborating directly with Kuehne + Nagel’s sales representatives to offer groundbreaking insurance solutions.
- Be the proactive guardian of client interests by monitoring incoming Credit Apps and reaching out to those keen on exploring the advantages of our productsCraft a seamless client journey by ensuring that insurance is accurately integrated into our systems, resolving workflow gaps, and providing innovative solutionsBecome the architect of efficiency, documenting and streamlining the process for each division while rescuing and rectifying files that need attentionBe the provider of peace of mind, creating and coordinating certificates for all our registered insurance, safeguarding our clientsEmpower our sales teams through engaging presentations and refresher sessions on how to effectively sell Nacora insuranceUphold the gold standard of service with regular audits and ensure our systems are optimally utilizedCultivate your technical prowess, crafting essential client-facing documents, from invoices to policy documents and certificates of insuranceCollaborate closely with Account Executives to provide stellar day-to-day service, overseeing routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals, and cancellations
- Dive into strategic research, enabling decision-making that shapes the future of our services, and embrace a dynamic work environment where every day brings exciting challenges and opportunities
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- University Degree
- 3+ years of knowledge in Canadian Marine Insurance
- Availability to travel for off-site client meetings as necessary
