- Past customer experience in a retail setting is an asset.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS system.

As a **Customer Service Representative,** you will:

- Be the first smile our clients see when they walk in
- Understand customer needs and match them to our services
- Inspect and Process incoming garments for dry cleaning with care and respect
- Provide completed orders to customers at pick-up, including a collection of payments.
- Will work closely in a team that wants to thrive together

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a premium customer service role. Demonstrating your ability to provide unparalleled service and create memorable experiences.
- Over 3 years of experience in a retail or hospitality setting. Showcasing your dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

**Wage**:
**Salary**: $18.00-$24.50 per hour Depending on relevant valuable experience.
