**Part Time Breakfast Server**

We are looking for a **Part Time Breakfast Server**. The Part Time Breakfast Server provides guests with leading-edge breakfast service in a safe and efficient manner. The Breakfast Server must be able to prioritize breakfast item preparation to ensure a proper supply is ready for guest consumption.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager and/or designate, you will:

- Preparing food items, filling beverage containers, preparing coffee and tea for guests;
- Refreshed all food and beverage items as needed;
- Sorts and stores food item deliveries;
- Clears all dishes, food items, and tables and cleans the breakfast room area;
- Maintains all breakfast equipment and storage areas in a clean and safe manner;
- Ensures proper recording of all required items as per food safety regulations;
- Other duties as assigned.

**What we are looking for...**
- Must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a professional appearance;
- Serving experience in a busy environment is considered an asset;
- Proven customer service abilities;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills;
- Food Handlers Certificate an asset;
- Must be available to work weekends;
