EMCN's Settlement Services aim to help immigrants integrate into the community by providing access to programs and services. The Settlement Services team at EMCN is extensive, offering one-to-one settlement and case management, group workshops, LGBTQIA+ support (Rainbow Refuge), outreach for immigrant seniors, and specialized programming.

**the challenge
As one of two program coordinators, you will work collaboratively to ensure EMCN settlement services are human-centered and responsive. - Monitor and review service delivery, actively seeking feedback from clients/participants and the community to ensure service quality.
- Prepare and submit progress and summary reports, maintaining and reporting statistics in compliance with funding agreements.
- Represent the settlement program and EMCN in internal and external committees and working groups.
- Collaborate, build partnerships, and support ongoing collaborations to advance organizational and team objectives.
- Maintain accurate records, statistics, and required reporting documentation, including narrative and data reporting.

**what it takes
While all backgrounds will be considered, the most helpful history will include 5 years of progressive experience in the sector and deep knowledge of immigrants and family needs, familiarity with newcomer challenges and issues associated with resettlement / settlement, lived experience is preferred, proven leadership and team-building skills, and a formal education in Human Services, Social Services or a related field.

**characteristic, skills and attributes for success**
