We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. Increased pay will be available with potential stock options after 3 months for the right canditate, and our high growth potential. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the market, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos with potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
