**Job Overview**:
**Essential Job Functions**:

- Manage all inbound franchise enquiries.
- Working with the CEO and meeting franchise sales goals.
- Compile and send information packages to franchise leads and maintain a database of franchise leads.
- Working closely assisting the business franchise team to support the growth of the organization.
- Follow up and advance interested and qualified prospects to the next level of engagement.
- Investigate and test new methods of marketing franchise opportunities across the province.
- Conduct searches and outreach for new franchise prospects.
- Assisting in generating leads and sales at trade shows.

**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
- Franchise or high level sales experience a must
- Construction background experience (preferred)
- Account management experience or natural selling ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong public speaking skills and ability to build persuasive and professional presentation content
- Advanced computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM

**Education & Experience**
- Education in business, sales management

**Salary: $50,000 + commission**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
