**TITLE: Officer, Course Registration**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**: We are looking for a full-time, permanent Course Registration Officer who will be responsible for performing vital administrative functions within the Course Scheduling and Registration unit, including (but not limited to): assisting students with prerequisite and course eligibility inquiries, collecting forms and documents, student medical insurance, prerequisite checking, registration appeals, schedule changes, etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum one-year of administrative work experience in a related administrative field
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English (the ability to produce professional written work for external communications and publications is required)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and accurate

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist the Associate Registrar and other stakeholders in the creation of the term schedule
- Assist with course schedule additions, cancellations, and changes
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of course and program eligibility requirements and prerequisites
- Maintain working knowledge of immigration policy related to international student compliance requirements
