Territory Sales Manager

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for revenue development in your geographic region.

Focused on the General Contractor, Property Developer Market and Architects. This is a home based position with extensive outside sales activity within your market.

We are a leading commercial bike parking solutions manufacturer dedicated to making cities more sustainable, livable, and accessible through industry leading bicycle parking and micro-mobility infrastructure solutions. Our products are designed to make it easier for people to switch to sustainable modes of transportation, such as bicycles and e-bikes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Selling to architects, general contractors and developers.

❖ Demonstrate professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, and a positive attitude

❖ Complete all necessary pre-sale preparation, drawing evaluation and the issuing of quotes in a timely manner.

❖ Complete regular sales reporting requirements

❖ Attend and contribute to sales meetings as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
❖ A minimum of 4 years sales experience within the construction or architectural industry with proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and goals.

❖ Ability to read construction drawings.

❖ Clear appreciation for delivering customer service.

❖ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

❖ Ability to work well under pressure in an unsupervised environment.

❖ Excellent territory planning skills.

❖ Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills; ability to meet tight deadlines

❖ Ability to react to change productively and handle other assigned tasks as required

❖ Strong general computer skills with software such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

❖ CRM system knowledge would be a distinct advantage.

❖ Must have a vehicle and clean driver’s abstract.

❖ 1st year earning potential of 100K + (Base plus Commissions)

This is an outstanding opportunity for a focused, motivated and performance centric individual.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (required)
- Construction estimating: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
