Front Desk Lead

Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Assist with the training and development of new staff members, ensuring they fully grasp and adhere to the company’s service standards and procedures.
- Manage front desk staff scheduling and various administrative tasks, meeting reporting deadlines throughout the month and year.
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude and be committed to providing exceptional guest care through use of initiative and empowered decision.
- Check guests in and out in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring the accuracy of all information and billing.
- Handle cash transactions, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.
- Post charges to guest rooms and house accounts using the hotel’s computer system.
- Carry out all Guest Services and cashiering duties achieving accuracy and logical work sequence.
- Address and resolve guest complaints, conducting thorough investigations to develop effective solutions and negotiate outcomes.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to manage room availability, contributing to the smooth operation of the property and guest satisfaction.
- Be attentive to guest needs, ensuring special requests are addressed or forwarded to the appropriate department with documentation and follow-up as necessary to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in the sales process both outbound and inbound
- Oversee the seamless execution of group events, managing room blocks, meeting room, audiovisual requirements, and other event-related services.
- Handle individual reservations with skill and accuracy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
