We are HRM Mascots and Inflatables, and we bring the fun to every party, fundraiser, gathering or event we go to. Our company provides entertainment and rentals of all sorts. From bouncy castles, games, fun foods, characters, artists and more; whatever the event may be we make it magical
Imagine if you will...
A large open field of grass bustling with people and brightly colored tents, inflatables, characters. The space is filled with many different attractions and activities. Children are stuffing themselves with cotton candy, popcorn and snow cones. A few fun-filled adults are making bets on who will win in a battle of inflatable axe throwing, human hamster ball races or some more familiar carnival games. Elsa and Spiderman have arrived to give hugs and high fives to those waiting in line for balloon twisters and face painters. On the other side of the field, an inflatable attendant helps a minion mascot join the children jumping on a bouncy castle. The attendees party as hard as possible until the event wraps up. As the sun sets the team changes pace and begins cleaning, gathering, and deflating, until finally the party is packed away... until the next event tomorrow.
**What is this position? As an administrative assistant, your position is "behind the scenes" in the office Monday - Friday. Duties include**:
- Creating invoices and quotes for customers
- Maintaining the bookings calendar and corresponding spreadsheets.
- Keep track of inventory items, noting when restocks are necessary.
- General office and space upkeep (filing, organizing, tidying)
- Assisting in the clean up from the prior weeks events (Cleaning concessions, costumes, office space, etc)
- Preparing and packing supplies for upcoming events
- Keeping a main “To Do” list up-to-date of what needs to be fixed, purchased, ordered, etc.
Additional hours are available depending on the booked events If you enjoy the event atmosphere we encourage you to join in the event positions.

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
