Primary

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement monthly sales strategies for the parts and accessories business
- Conduct price / profit analysis
- Identify opportunities for growth, product mix, channels
- Manage team of technical sales and purchasing
- Manage projects, competitive positioning and business opportunities
- Partner with demand planners and sales for demand planning and financial forecasting

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Extensive knowledge of marine industry and market trends in Canada
- Strong leader, management and communications skills
- Post secondary degree or diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
