With ambitious plans to grow we’re busy recruiting and looking to welcome an additional talent acquisition specialist to our team, to support the continued growth of the Mott MacDonald team in Canada and the US.- To join our team, you’ll need some recruitment experience, having recruited in either an agency or internal environment. You need to be confident, proactive, and creative. We work as a close team and everyone has a voice so it’s important to us that you’re someone who has a genuine interest in recruitment; taking pride in everything you do. It’s also a role for someone who wants to develop and progress in a talent acquisition roles and having a curiosity to learn.

Is a pro at finding the hidden gems in the talent pool. You know how to use LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches to find the perfect matches for your roles and have successfully filled many mid to senior level roles.
